Role Overview

We are looking for hands-on, reliable, and energetic technicians to manage day-to-day operations at our offline battery swapping stations. You will play a critical role in supporting riders, ensuring the safety and quality of swaps, and maintaining the performance of the batteries and equipment. This is a front-line customer-facing role in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

Qualifications and skills

  1. Diploma or certificate in automotive technology, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.

  2. Previous experience in a mechanical, electrical, or field service technician role is a plus.

  3. Comfortable working with hands-on tools and basic diagnostic processes.• Basic understanding of battery safety and handling is an advantage.

  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on station needs.
